1) Make an initial visit to get to know you, assess the garden’s potential, and discuss the possibilities with you;
2) Prepare a client’s brief, before sending it to you with a formal contract;
3) Prepare a number of concepts in plan form; from which you will be able to choose the basis for your garden;
4) Prepare a 3 dimensional drawing;
5) Prepare a detailed master plan and planting plan;
6) Submit designs for tender and discuss quotations received;
7) Make regular visits to inspect the hard landscaping and planting;
8) Supply an annual maintenance programme for the garden.
