  • All clients receive a positive impact from our advice and/or services;
  • All clients have all appointments and agreed deadlines honoured (in exceptional circumstances an explanation will be given and amended arrangements agreed);
  • All clients know that any information given to the Company is in the strictest confidence;
  • All clients know in advance what fees they will be charged: and
  • All clients are made aware of the mechanism of giving positive and negative feedback on all aspects of the garden design services they receive
