It is important to get an accurate representation of a client’s lifestyle. Sometimes people find it difficult to express what is often just a feeling. That is why the first meeting is so important. We use a questionnaire to prompt people to identify what it is they want. In this situation the client gutted the house throughout and remodelled each room. A walk through the house showed they disliked clutter. Each room had a warm cosy feel while still fulfilling the desires of a modern style.
